The SMARTTOOL2 motorcycle diagnostic tool is a handheld device researched and manufactured in Vietnam. This versatile device is designed for motorcycles equipped with systems such as: PGM-FI electronic fuel injection, ABS braking system, smart key system, immobilizer, LCD electronic odometer (ODO), and LED lighting. Additionally, it integrates the latest technological solutions, including RPM limiter removal, air-fuel ratio adjustment (lean/rich fuel), remapping, and tuning for Honda, Piaggio, and Suzuki motorcycles.
The device has a simple interface in Vietnamese, making it easy to use.

3. Remap function, removes RPM limit (KEIHIN ECM from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Piaggio/Vespa)
  • In addition to standard diagnostic functions, SMARTTOOL2 is integrated with remapping and RPM unlock technology.
  • The terms tuning and remapping are often used interchangeably.
  • Tuning refers to adjusting the fuel and ignition maps.
  • Remapping refers to rewriting or refreshing the fuel and ignition maps within the ECM.
  • RPM unlock means increasing the engine speed limit within the manufacturer’s mechanical safety limits.
  • Adjust the air/fuel (A/F) ratio, including lean and rich fuel correction
  • Improve engine performance based on different operating modes, terrains, and environmental conditions
  • Compensate for minor mechanical wear (e.g., fuel injector wear) or sensor aging that causes sensor value drift
  • Resolve high fuel consumption caused by excessive injection duration, improving fuel efficiency
  • Fix common issues such as throttle hesitation, sluggish engine response, weak acceleration, and lack of power during sudden throttle input—commonly found in Honda models
  • Fix low idle speed and difficult cold starts

7. Adjust the speedometer on an electronic odometer.
